A fresh cup of coffee

I can’t think of anything more comforting right now than having woken up from a little cat nap, and treating myself to a nice hot cup of freshly brewed coffee with vanilla nut creamer.

Today’s thing is a bowl of vanilla ice cream on top of a warm brownie fresh from the oven.

I really enjoy the sounds, smells and sights of a colorful array of ingredients all cooking away.

I’ve started a project that I’m calling 31 Little Things. The idea behind it is that I’ll take a picture of one thing every day in the month of March that simply makes me happy. It’s all about celebrating the simple pleasures and the little joys life has to offer.

For day #1 I’m spotlighting my gas gauge after a fill up at the pump.
