So, I have a question for you?

What does your family do with their shoes when they take them off?

Is everyone required to put them in their bedroom? What if you live in a 2 story place? Do you have a bucket or box for them?

I have a wall by the front door where the shoes are *supposed* to be lined up. When they’re actually paired up and in a row, I don’t mind the shoes being there. But keeping them lined up is a job in itself. Granted it only takes a minute to do, but I don’t do it until they’re in the way or someone’s coming over. We all just kick out shoes off into the pile. Then we end up with a big mess of dirty shoes that end up creeping into the walkway.

How do you keep the shoes contained in your home?

I realize most of my regular readers won’t care one bit about this post. However, I want to share my opinion of the album. If you aren’t interested go ahead and skip it. It won’t hurt my feelings. Much.

The Twilight Saga – New Moon (The soundtrack- not the score)

I wanted to like this album. I really did.

New Moon is a much darker story than Twilight, and therefore the music is much darker, and supposed to be more moving than the Twilight OST.

The only song I really like is Hearing Damage by Thom Yorke. The rest of the album tries, but fails to invoke the intended emotion. It’s just too dreary for my taste in music.

As for the Muse song, I Belong To You, the original is better than the New Moon Remix, but it’s not even one of the best songs on The Resistance. Guiding Light would have been much more appropriate. It pains me to say that because I absolutely love Muse. (BTW, I highly recommend picking up a copy of The Resistance)

To be honest, I didn’t love the Twilight soundtrack when I first heard it, but I do enjoy it now. Maybe New Moon will be the same, and it’ll grow on me after I see the movie.
For now, this album is being removed from my iPod. We’ll see if it ever makes it back on.
